Cliff has an extensive lifelong background in construction. From owning his own company, to project managing over 500 new home builds ranging from starter to estate homes and everything in between. Cliff leads and mentors a team of designers and sales; promoting professional growth and a culture of creative excellence.

INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
Terry's role ensures a seamless experience from purchase through to final installation by managing schedules, coordinating trades, tracking service requests, and providing ongoing communication and support. He keeps projects moving efficiently, balancing attention to detail with exceptional client service

CONCIERGE & PURCHASER
Tracy has called the Okanagan home since 2003, after relocating from the coast with her family. With a strong background in administration and customer service, she brings valuable experience in plumbing, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures. She also manages vendor purchases for the Design Centre, ensuring timely product delivery to meet installation deadlines.
